Stacey is a partner in the Hong Kong office of Zhong Lun Law Firm. Her experience includes representing global and Asia-based private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, and other financial and strategic investors in connection with their transactions across Asia and globally, particularly those with a China nexus. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, including acquisitions and divestitures, leveraged buyouts, preferred equity investments and joint ventures. Prior to joining Zhong Lun Law Firm, Stacey has worked at leading international firms in their Hong Kong, Beijing and Tokyo offices for over a decade.
