Mr. Yam practices conveyancing, litigation, probate and commercial law and has been responsible for representing major developers, in particular the Henderson Group of Companies in the sale of over 50 different development projects. He was particularly involved in the acquisition in-situ exchange and re-development of project site for Henderson Development Company before it went public.
