Simon is a senior associate in the Litigation, Arbitration and Investigation practice of Zhong Lun. His practice areas mainly include litigation, international arbitration and white collar crime. Simon has extensive experience in handling contractual disputes, debt recovery and insolvency matters, and shareholders’ disputes. Simon is also experienced in advising on and defending criminal offences, white collar crime and investigation by various government authorities including but not limited to the Police, the Customs & Excise Department, the Labour Department and the ICAC. He has also participated in various interlocutory applications, including successfully resisting an injunction application involving the development of a piece of land for billions of dollars. Simon also has experience in other contentious matters including adverse possession, probate disputes and personal injury claims.
