Samuel is a senior associate in Zhong Lun’s Dispute Resolution Team. His practice areas mainly include litigation and international arbitration, with a particular focus on commercial/financial disputes, financial debt recovery and enforcement actions as well as shareholder disputes. Samuel also assists clients in handling insolvency and debt restructuring matters. Prior to joining Zhong Lun, Samuel worked in and received training from an international firm’s litigation and regulatory, capital markets and tax (M&A) teams.
