She also has experience in advising high-net-worth private clients in real estate related transactions including the sale and purchase of residential, commercial and industrial properties, and commercial matters including acquisition and merger of private companies.

She represents clients in land-related litigation involving contractual disputes, building management disputes, tenancy disputes, recovery of possession and application for land compulsory sale.

She is also a key member in advising statutory body in Hong Kong on a wide range of real estate related matters concerning Data Centers and Industrial Estates.
