Lu Kai is a registered foreign lawyer at Zhong Lun.

Lu Kai has worked for DLA Piper for nearly 15 years prior to joining Zhong Lun. His main practice areas include dispute resolution and commercial arbitration. He specializes in handling complex commercial disputes and arbitration cases. Lu Kai has represented clients in dispute resolution negotiations and commercial contract disputes and arbitrations in Hong Kong and London. He also frequently assists clients in conducting business negotiations on various commercial transactions and advising the terms of these contracts.

Lu Kai worked in the Dalian Maritime Court in PRC for 4 years and obtained the qualifications as the first/assistant judge of the Supreme People's Court in PRC. He also worked as a general counsel for a large private energy group company listed in Hong Kong for over 2 years. He is familiar with the business operations of companies and understands the needs of business clients, and provides practical dispute resolution solutions.
