Jessica’s practice focuses on corporate finance and general corporate and commercial matters. She has participated in a broad range of corporate transactions including IPOs, M&A and regulatory compliance matters.

Prior to joining Zhong Lun, Jessica has practised at leading law firms in Hong Kong.
