Jensen is a senior associate in the Litigation, Arbitration and Investigation practice of Zhong Lun. He has experience in handling commercial litigation and international arbitration matters. He has acted for clients in court proceedings in Hong Kong and arbitral proceedings seated in Hong Kong, London and Singapore under HKIAC, CIETAC, SIAC, LCIA, UNCITRAL and HKMAG rules, focusing on complex shareholders’ disputes, investment disputes and cyber fraud disputes. He has also represented major banks and listed companies in urgent applications for interim relief, including asset freezing orders and anti-suit injunctions.

Jensen is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), an accredited mediator (general) of the Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited (HKMAAL), a member of INSOL International, and a dual-qualified tribunal secretary of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) and the South China International Arbitration Center (Hong Kong) (SCIAHK).
