• Advised the sole sponsor in relation to the IPO of a PRC liquefied petroleum gas and natural gas supplier group, on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
• Advised the sole sponsor in relation to the IPO of Hon Corporation Limited on the GEM Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
• Advised BExcellent Group Holdings Limited in relation to its IPO on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
• Advised KangLi International Holdings Limited in relation to its IPO on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
• Advised syndication of lenders in relation to the provision of a term loan facility in the sum of HK$1.6 billion to a Hong Kong listed company
• Advised a money lender in relation to the provision of a term loan facility in the sum of HK$500 million to a subsidiary of a Hong Kong listed company
• Advised certain Hong Kong listed companies in relation to its general compliance matters from a Hong Kong Listing Rules perspective
