Howard’s practice is focused on conveyancing, property-related litigation, arbitration and commercial matters. Over the years, he has led block sales of newly completed housing estates, sales and purchases of commercial and industrial premises and acquisition and merger of private companies. He has extensive experience in handling applications for compulsory orders for sale of blocks of old flats for land developers as a part of their urban renewal projects.

He also regularly represents developers, listed companies, main contractors, sub-contractors and private individuals on disputes over construction costs and damages, financial derivative products, tenancies, recovery of possession, building management, building renovation, etc. The legal proceedings Howard handles range from magistrate courts up to the Court of Final Appeal.
