Hilary is an associate in the firm’s private client practice. Hilary’s practice is focused on private client matters and related general corporate and mergers and acquisitions. She regularly advises clients on transactions and other general corporate and commercial matters. Prior to joining Zhong Lun, Hilary practiced in a leading international firm’s real estate and corporate & commercial teams.

• Advised individual clients on disposition of Hong Kong and BVI companies holding real estate properties in Hong Kong.
• Advised a leading Asian duty free and travel retail business on commercial contract matters and its multiple retail leasing matters in Hong Kong.
• Advised an international asset manager on multiple acquisitions of factory and mini storage premises in Hong Kong.
• Advised several Hong Kong-listed REITs on real estate acquisitions in Hong Kong and Mainland China and, related banking facilities.
