Eric is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team of Zhong Lun. He has advised high-net-worth individuals, SMEs, crypto firms, listed companies, multinational corporations, government departments and statutory bodies in local and cross-border contentious matters.

Eric has experience in handling a wide range of litigation and international arbitration matters, including injunctions, financial and shareholders’ disputes, breach of duties, misrepresentation, fraud and asset tracing, enforcement of Hong Kong and foreign judgments and arbitral awards, bankruptcy and winding up proceedings, discovery applications, contractual disputes, regulatory and compliance work, disciplinary and administrative hearings and appeals. He also assisted in advising corporate clients on corporate law, personal data compliance and employment issues.
