Denise regularly advises land developers, listed companies and licensed banks on real estate related matters including project conveyancing, acquisition and disposal of residential, commercial and industrial properties, compliance with first-hand sale legislation, building management matters, acquisition and disposal of property-holding companies as well as commercial and residential tenancies. She also specializes in wills and probate matters.

• Handling conveyancing projects (the first-hand sale of residential and non-residential properties under consent and non-consent schemes) including drafting project development documents such as sale and purchase agreements, mortgage, tender documents and other related documents
• Acquisitions of properties for redevelopment purposes, perusing title deeds and approving title, approving the agreements for sale and purchase and other related documents
• Project residential and commercial tenancy matters, including advising land developers (in the capacity of landlord or tenant) on drafting and negotiation of tenancy agreements, deeds of guarantee and other related documents
