• Advised the sole sponsor and underwriters in relation to the IPO and the listing of Chi Kan Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 9913), a company principally engages in the provision of formwork services and other construction services in Hong Kong, on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
