Alfred’s practice focuses on the area of private investment funds. He represents top investment banks, asset managers, private equity sponsors, multinational groups, listed companies and other institutional investors on the structuring, establishment and investment in offshore private investment funds and other alternative investment vehicles.

Alfred also has extensive experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate finance transactions, with particular focus on private equity investments in China-based businesses, outbound M&A and leveraged buyouts led by Chinese buyers, regional joint ventures and strategic investments and other corporate transactions involving multi-jurisdictions such as China, Hong Kong, BVI and Cayman Islands.
