Alexandra is an associate in the Corporate Finance team of Zhong Lun with a strong focus on banking and finance, debt restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. She advises prominent domestic and offshore banks and financial institutions on cross-border financing, syndicated and bilateral loans, project and structured finance, distressed asset acquisitions, custody and collateral arrangements. Her practice also extends to advising on capital markets and various aspects of corporate and commercial affairs, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance and contractual matters.
