Frederick’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, dispute resolution, international arbitration and white collar crime. His experience encompasses the private and judicial sectors and also has a special interest in maritime disputes. Frederick is a supporting member of the London Maritime Arbitrators Association and member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He was recommended by Chambers and Partners in the area of shipping. Before joining the firm, Frederick worked for DLA Piper in Hong Kong for about 10 years.

In addition to his professional experience, Frederick is also very passionate in serving the community. He has been a pro bono legal advisor for Doctors Without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontière) since 2005 and appointed by the Security Bureau of the Government of the HKSAR to act as an adjudicator of the Registration of Persons Tribunal since 2014.
