Zhong Lun Law Firm announces the addition of Mr. Jaycen Liao as a partner in its Hong Kong office.

Prior to joining Zhong Lun, Jaycen practiced in leading US and UK law firms in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and London. His practice focuses on Hong Kong capital markets matters such as IPOs, bond offerings, take-overs, privatizations and securities regulatory compliance. He also advises clients on cross-border M&As and private equity investments. He is admitted to practice in Hong Kong, England & Wales and the PRC.

Jaycen is also a qualified Chinese lawyer with years of practising experience in China where he advises multinationals on a broad range of work in relation to their Chinese operations, including foreign direct investment, joint ventures, foreign exchange control, employment, land and planning permission and general corporate advisory work. He also advises leading international financial institutions on matters in relation to general banking business, syndicated loan, project finance, receivables financing and debt restructuring.

Jaycen will greatly enhance the depth of the Hong Kong office with his strong capital markets experience.
