Christy specialises in project conveyancing of residential and non-residential properties and frequently advises major property developers on compliance with the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance. This year marks the 8th anniversary of Christy since she joined the firm as a trainee. She is the youngest fast-rising homegrown partner of the firm. The promotion of Christy is a testament to her ongoing dedication to the firm and demonstration of the firm’s continued investment in talented next-generation lawyers.

Serene specializes in civil litigation and arbitration, varying in the area of contractual disputes, debt recovery, shareholders’ disputes, insolvency cases, regulatory investigations and matrimonial proceedings.
