On 13 August 2018, the vendors entered into an agreement with China Literature Limited (a listed company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange) to sell 100% interests of New Classics Media and its related operations for a maximum consideration of RMB15.5 billion. Zhong Lun Hong Kong acted as the vendors’ Hong Kong legal adviser and the deal team was led by Henry Lau (Partner) and Kenneth Lam (Senior Associate).
